With that in mind, we knew that Yankovsky Law needed to showcase how their IP legal guidance is all about boosting creative vibes, not killing them. And we did so by creating a Humor Identity for them that cleverly, effortlessly translates legal jargon into accessible, artist-friendly, human language.

We designed their new brand personality to avoid those cliche “cover your ass-ets” scare tactics and instead use straightforward-yet-witty language to straddle the line between elite and approachable. Because yeah, you want to understand what your lawyer is saying, but you also wanna be sure as sheesh that they’re the best in the biz.
